Gillian recently competed in the glamorous “Miss Fitness Australia” for the first time and we are proud to announce that in her first Fitness Competition and placing 3rd, it’s a fantastic effort! The Group Fitness Training consists of a variety of dynamic exercise routines, it’s dynamic because it changes based on the groups dynamic personalities. The group can do the Fitness Routine as a whole or it can be split to suit each individual’s level of Fitness. The session goes for 30 – 45 minutes.
